In the Chortnitzer house there are 4 extraordinaly spacious and comfortable apartments with total capacity of 10 beds with the possibility of 4 additional beds. All the apartments are modernly furnished and equipped with kitchen including all necessary home appliances, living room, dining and bed room, LCD TV, Internet connection, hair dryer, umbrella, basic information about Telč and surroundings as well as themed pictures. The attic apartments are equipped with air condition. There is a private shower bath and WC in each apartment. Additionally in the apartment No. 2, you can find a bath tub in the bed room, in the apartment No. 1 automatic washing machine and in the apartment No. 4 a massage bath tub, a fireplace and a movie theatre. Now, you can choose possibilities of breakfast.

Apartment nr. 1 you can find in the ground floor with the view of our garden and Štěpnický pond. Nr. of beds is 2+1. Apartment nr. 2 is in the first floor with the view of the historical Square, with 2+1 beds. Apartment nr. 3 is in the second floor with the view of the historical Square. Max capacity is 2+1. Equipment: Air condition, LCD TV, satellite, Internet, kitchen with a dining room, living room, bed room wit a glassed-in wall, WC, bathroom with a shower bath, hair dryer, umbrella, decoration with pictures from the surroundings, dressing room. Apartment nr. 4 VIP in the Chortnitzer house is on the second floor with the view of our garden, the Štěpnický pond, the town Telč and the landscape. Max capacity is 4+1. Equipment: Air condition, LCD TV, satelilte, movie theatre, Internet, fireplace, kitchen with a dining room, living room, bed room with a double bed and a glassed-in wall, bed room with separate beds, WC, bathroom with a massage bath tube and a shower bath, hair dryer, umbrella, decoration with pictures from the surroundings, dressing room.

The In the Chortnitzer house is situated on a relatively wide and long Gothic piece of land. It had existed already before 1530. From the Gothic house, both neighbourhood walls and the deep central wall were maintained after the Renaissance reconstruction. The arcade probably was finished in the middle of the 16th century. Further, the arching with traditional partly bent front arch over the gateway was built in the 16the century. In that time, the gateway was probably prolonged into the rear dodging part, the cellar was vaulted to the central pillar. It is not clear when the first floor was vaulted. There are not any records about the Baroque reconstruction. Besides that, the first floor arching is done in the same way that was used in the late 18th century as well as in the beginning of the 17th century. During the Baroque facade reconstruction around 1740, even the staircase was changed and the openings in the front wall were modified newly. In 1900 the new roof frame was bonded and the windows exchanged. The house restoration was done under the supervision by ing. architect Líbalová in 1948-1952.
